Yeah, not the time to head down there. I stopped in Boone on the way back from my last trip from Barbers. Was the museum in Maggie Valley hit?

It seems most of the damage is South of the North Carolina line.  I just came up Rt77/81 from Charlotte and jumped over to the Rt340 in Virginia, no visible signs of damage alone route.  I wasn't on the Parkway - I was making time.
Route 77 seems to be the border line of the disaster area, from there to Knoxville.  The North isn't as bad as the center and South.  I have family in the area.
