Today on the GSP northbound around exit 74 for Forked River.  You were on your V85 around 3pm’ish.

Where you headed, New Sweden rally is SOUTH.

Not being one to hide my own stupidity I'll share:.
New Sweden rally this weekend, stopped at Lower Bank for a hamburger and beer then went to rally, set up tent, opened right hand saddlebag to get inside tent stuff out  - IT WAS EMPTY.
Up the Parkway, tried to sneak into the garage to get my sleeping bag and Yes --  SHE caught me.  After being berated about being too old to be riding motorcycles, back on the bike and to the rally.  Less than an hour, round trip..  This is the second time I've done this at this rally, I think it's because it's so close I really don't consider it a rally and I don't go through my usual check list.  BTW; also forgot my air mattress (was afraid to go back to get it)   so I slept on the ground, the old bones weren't happy but I survived.  Maybe she's right.
.
OTOH, the rally was enjoyable as usual, I opted out of the off road ride (God forbid I get my dual sport bike dirty) and took the guided road ride which was about four hours and included a stop at Sweetwater Casino.  Interesting ride that included many roads I've never been on before.  Dennis (dennisjay on  list) showed up on his BMW /5 and took it on the off road run but bailed as the old girl let him know she was uncomfortable. Good rally, field events are always fun and this year there were more residents from the campground watching/cheering than people from the rally.  I think the campground owner was a little concerned, last year, about letting a 'motorcycle gang ( Razz )' in but now they're showing it as the BMW guy's weekend and the people that have seasonal trailers seem to enjoy it.
The rally fee was $30 and preregistered people received a $35 YETI 20oz mug.  Around 80 people showed up.

Appreciate the honesty. Glad it wasn’t anything serious.
