That’s why I’m doing it on the V85. Not a snowball’s chance in hell I’m even attempting a road side repair on a flat tubed tire. It’s AAA and a flatbed, if there’s cell service. Already happened to me once.

So let’s talk plug kits and small air compressors. What’s best? Got myself a new tool box to carry ‘em.

I have a Slime mini compressor and carried Dynaplug Pro repair kit. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I currently carry MotionPro tire irons/bead breaker bars and spare tubes in addition to the compressor on longer rides.

I figure this has it covered:

.
And just in case things are really ugly I carry a tube for the back tire.
Sometimes I go where AAA won't go, and no cell service.

If you get a small compressor make sure you get one with an air gauge built in.  It makes things a lot easier.
Also, I purchased the super duper ($100+) air compressor from Aerotech (no gauge) it sat in the saddle bag for five years and when I went to use it, it didn't work.  They replaced it without question, but that didn't put air in the tire when I needed it.
I did a lot of looking and I like the Stop&Go stuff.

Same thing happened to me, but they decided it was not warranted.....
Got one of these for my bike in Italy.

I have the stop and go plug kit and a Slime compressor that's probably 12 years old.

Probably worth checking that the plugs are still soft and the compressor runs. I honestly haven't checked my compressor and should.

I just bought one of their entire kits, that includes a air compressor.

Thanks!
