As I'm nursing this sinus infection I've been surfing the web for bike related topics. I just came upon a series of articles in CycleWorld.com by Nick Ienatsch called Ienatsch Tuesday [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Some interesting lessons here with a number pointing to managing traction including this video: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Many of his articles point out the benefits of trail braking - something I've always done without much thought. Good explanations on how and why it's so important.
