Riding in Italy

Buongiorno a tutti:
I will be Italy the month of September (Tuscany and Amalfi Coast) and was wondering if anyone has any experience in:
1. Renting a Moto Guzzi in Italy - where would you recommend, reviews of places you have rented from
2. Places to ride, day trips etc.
3. Any other advice/notes about riding in Italy.

I've only traveled Italy by train and only northern area at that. There are folks who have ridden Italy extensively who will chime in.

I know Agostini’s rents Guzzis.  They’re a dealer located near the factory.  Not sure if they have any other locations in Italy?
