European Vendors
FYI:
I had a tube type tool box behind my right saddle bag but it really wasn't doing the job. I liked the 3MyTech one so I checked AF1 and Cadre Cycle both had them for sale with a 2 week plus delivery time $180 with $20 shipping. I started searching the net and found the same thing on German Amazon for €130 ($135) with free shipping. Delivery in one to three weeks, with what I've experienced I'm thinking maybe two, max.
Ordered it, used Visa (best exchange rate) and three hours later got an e-mail saying it was shipped from the factory in Italy.
The Euro is the lowest exchange rate (I Think) ever against the dollar. International shipping is fast and really not that expensive and free shipping on larger ($100 +) items is common.
Point ---- check European vendors on items made in Europe

Re: European Vendors
I saw this and have it 'saved for later'. Need to determine if it will work with my Givi racks.

Re: European Vendors
WOW _ Ordered this on Tuesday (5-17) evening and it was on the doorstep Saturday afternoon (5-21) drop shipped from Italy. Free shipping. How can they do that ????
First rate piece of kit, all stainless hardware and everything lined up (3 holes).
Well less than half an hour to bolt it on.
I'm continued to be impressed by the quality of aftermarket accessories, for this bike, coming out of Italy.
A few pictures, and yes my bike does get that dirty.

Harry,
Can you pls provide a link to this tool box? Same vendor that you got it from. Much more room than the tool tube I’ve been toting.

Go on German Amazon ; 'amazon.de' and do a search on 'MyTech - Tool Box - Tool Box - 3.2 Liters - Aluminum Toolbox for - Moto Guzzi V85TT'.
Can't give a link because I think it (Amazon) will try to sigh you in on my account. Here's the link that gets me there, but it might not work for you:

Re: European Vendors
Here’s some other V85 bling for sale in our “For Sale” section. Bob lives in Manahawkin, probably still has the stuff?

Re: European Vendors
Placed the order for the MyTech tool box on Saturday. Got notice it shipped on Monday. On my doorstep Tuesday (today). And around $50 less than ordering it from AF1.
REMARKABLE!
