Cross Pennsylvania Adventure Trail
Now that I'm an official adventure rider I think I might try something like this.

I don't know how many of you have spent an extended amount of time off road even on these hard packed roads but those hard packed roads can wear you out quick. The speed is up a little and you never know what the road is like around the next bend, if their is a road or what might be standing in the road.

Looks like fun on the right bike. My V7 does OK on smother dirt and gravel at a moderate pace. Would be difficult to keep up with a bunch of folks on ADV bikes.

I never got up on the pegs because I wasn't on an adventure bike, although I have passed a few people sitting on my ass while they were working down the road on their pegs.
.
I might have to buy an Aerostich and a hydropack to wear on my back. and talking about the Paris Dakar Rally (Now Dakar Rally)and crossing the Darien Gap.
.
BTW: I'm still trying to get one of these 'Adventure Riders' to ride Coopers Gap Road and tell me what they think of it. The road is about a half mile South of TWO campground, make a right out the driveway and a right onto the road. Fourteen miles of Adventure.
