Yo Kev,
do you think you could work your magic and "paint" that screen
1. The same color as the bike
2. Black (Glossy)

I'll give it a shot...

Sorry Nick, this seems to be the best my limited skills can pull off on this one. I usually highlight an area and use color balance tools to create the color, but the transparent windshield wouldn't let me do that without leaving the background visible. So I had to literally sample and paint it, pretty crude, but should give you some idea.

Maybe someone with more skills around here can do it better.

Same story on the black - I can't do gloss on either with this technique. Actually maybe If I'd tried black first I could have gotten it glossy with the color balance tools, but it still would have been partially transparent.

I hope this at least helps a little to visualize it.

Just did it today. Came out OK. I sprayed the inside with 5 light coats of Krylon Fusion all-in-one paint and primer in Matte Black. I may do those four buttons also...

Looks good.  Did you paint the inside or outside of the plastic?

That will be hard too see through!

I picked up some smoke hand shields but didn't like the look with the darker Dart screen. Like Nick I painted the inside satin black and the match is pretty good.
