March 2024 Sucked - just venting

March 1st - Funeral for the Father and Nephew of one of my best friends,  His nephew was only 31.  days later my friend's dad died he was 90.  His dad hired me and gave me a career that I've been working in for 36 years.

March 14th - My Dad died at 85.  He had been in and out of the hospital several times since before Thanksgiving.  He lived with us and we did our best for him.  He was 85 and had several conditions - probably a blessing.

March 31st - My 88 year old friend and mentor died.  I took his wife to see him and we said goodbye...  His wife is utterly lost and I'm trying to help her through it.  It's tougher than I expected.

March 2024 Sucked!

The three of them - that generation - they were tough, strong, stoic men.

Sometimes you just have to go out in the backyard, look up at the sky and scream WHY??????

Looks like your doing what you have to do, and sometimes that's not fun, but someday you'll look back and feel good about being there when people needed you.

Nothing wrong with venting - talking about it is the only way to process. It sucks losing friends and family regardless of the situation. Doubly hard when the loss is stacked one on top of the other.

Feel free to call or arrange a meet up. Getting out with friends helps...

Geeez man and I was just bitching about the rain. Yeah, March sucked for you more than me. Sorry to hear.
