I ran it for a few sets of tires.  Can't evaluate the flat protection or balancing ability, but it didn't cause any problems.  Unlike slime it sticks to the inside of the tire when it's time to change and doesn't cause a mess.  It also can't be used with an air pressure monitoring system that is inside the tire.

I took some pictures on my 180 and 120 tires, you can draw your own conclusion on how much protection you get.   Actually had a little more than the recommended amount in each tire.   Maybe, but just maybe, the stuff migrates to the hole if it's outside the small strip where the stuff ends up inside the tire.

I used to run Slime in my dirt bike tubes but haven't tried anything in my road bikes. I carry a plug kit and mini compressor on longer rides. Figure if something bigger than a plug happens no sealant would work.
